Descripció i Metodologia: |
In this practical course, we'll be looking at what you've done in the past year with classroom technology and asking how successful it was, and why it succeeded or failed.
We'll be looking at what makes tasks involving technology “work” and hoping to make next year a more technologically successful one for you, with tools like Edmodo and Google Drive, mobile phones and interactive whiteboards.
This course is designed to be of interest to teachers whose learners are 12+ (and up to young adults) and whose level is pre-intermediate or above (and up to much higher levels).

1.To look at what participants have done with technology in 2015/16 and consider how successful it was and why
2.To try out a number of Web 2.0 tools with tasks designed for language learners
3.To establish 10 key ways to ensure that use of classroom technology is successful
4.To take away promising, new ideas for using technology successfully with language classes in 2016/17

Continguts |
A pre-course needs analysis will be emailed to you which will allows us, to some extent, to tailor the course contents to meet the participants' needs and interests, but sessions are likely to include the following:
•What do we mean by “success” in language teaching?
•Success with images (including those taken and shared on mobile phones)
•Success with technology-enhanced oral presentations by learners
•Success with YouTube clips
•Success with Edmodo
•Evaluating success with Google Drive forms
•Top 10 keys to success with classroom technology

1.Minimum attendance: 80% of face to face hours.
